Prices for individuals include the VAT of the EU country chosen at the top of the page; outside the EU, any tax is added at checkout. The checkout calculates the exact amount from your billing address.
Business prices exclude VAT. An EU business with a valid VAT number is not charged VAT (reverse charge); other businesses pay the VAT due where they are.
Each member of your organization beyond its owner costs 5 credits a month (€6.15), charged by the hour from the organization's credits while they are a member. The owner and pending invitations are free.
Credits
- One credit costs €1.23, incl. 23% VAT (Portugal). The smallest top-up is 10 credits.
- A plan's credits are for the month they come with: what is left when the month ends expires, and the next month brings new ones. Credits you buy never expire.
- A plan's credits are spent first, before the credits you buy.
- Credits pay only for OneActor's services. They are not money: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or moved to another organization.
Website projects
A Website is pages only: no accounts, payments or stored data. Beyond the projects your plan includes, or without a plan, it costs 0.0069 credits an hour: about 5 credits a month.
Pages only
Pages, images and scripts, served through the CDN. Accounts, payments or stored data need an App project.
One agent, one conversation
One AI agent builds the site with you in a single conversation: you say what you want, it writes, designs and checks the pages.
Publish
The Publish button puts the site on test. When it looks right there, publish the same version to production.
Pages search engines read
Every page is rendered to HTML when the site is built, so search engines and link previews read each one.
Your own domain
Connect a domain you own, as with any project. Connecting it costs nothing.
Upgrade to an App
At any time, from the project page: the App fee from the next hour, with everything an App includes. An App cannot go back to being a Website.

- 0.1 GB of logs collected
- 0.1 GB of logs kept for a month
Its workspace stops 15 minutes after the agent last worked.

What an App project includes each month
An App project is the whole product: functions, a database, accounts, payments, phone apps and the full team of agents. Its fee — paid by your plan, or hourly from your credits — buys these amounts every month. Nothing here is a cap: usage beyond them is charged at the rates below.

Your app's logs are kept 30 days. The dashboard does not display them.
Charged from the first unit: AI tokens, and the Android and iPhone builds of your phone apps.
Connecting a domain you own costs nothing: its DNS stays with your provider, and its certificate is free.
Publishing a phone app needs your own Apple Developer Program and Google Play developer accounts: their fees are paid to Apple and Google, not to OneActor.
Usage rates
What usage costs, in credits. Rates can change: owners are told by email at least 30 days before a rate goes up, and a new rate never applies to usage already charged.

Workspace time is counted in S-hours: an hour of an M workspace counts 1.9, of an L workspace 3.7.
AI token prices
Credits per million tokens, for the models production serves. AI tokens are always charged; none are included. Smart and Intelligent come with every plan, Brilliant and Genius with Pro and Max; which models each level uses is shown in the dashboard.

A request whose prompt is long is billed at long-context rates for the whole request: from 272,001 tokens on OpenAI models, from 100,001 tokens on Claude Haiku.

If your balance runs out
Usage already started is charged in full, so a balance can go below zero. When it does, the organization's service is restricted step by step, and its owners are emailed at each step.
At zero or just below
New AI work, workspace starts and new cloud resources wait for a top-up. The owners get an email, and a reminder 7 days later.
At −1 credit or less
Projects are suspended, workspaces stop and test environments are removed. Production keeps running — and is still charged — for 7 days.
After 7 days
Every project of the organization is deleted, production included. A project's workspace can still be restored for 10 days; its test and production start empty.
After a top-up
A balance above zero lifts the hold and brings suspended projects back. A production environment that was deleted is not restored.
Paying
Orders are sold through Link — Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe — our Merchant of Record with Stripe Managed Payments, which takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT under its Sold Through Link Terms.

Questions about paying
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Credits you bought stay in your wallet; the plan's own credits expire at the end of their month.
Can I get my money back?
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. How that works — including for credits you have already used — is on Refunds and withdrawal.
Outside those 14 days, the same page says when a refund applies.
How does VAT work?
Individuals pay the VAT of their country; the prices above include it for the country chosen at the top of the page, and the checkout shows the exact total before you pay. Outside the EU, any tax due is added at checkout.
A business in the EU that gives a valid VAT number at checkout is not charged VAT (reverse charge). The invoice comes from the Merchant of Record.
Which currencies?
Euro and US dollar, chosen at the top of the page. One credit costs €1.00 or $1.20 before VAT.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. A plan's credits are for the month they come with: what is left when the month ends expires, and the next month brings new ones. A plan's credits are spent before the credits you buy.
What happens when a plan ends?
Its included projects and monthly credits stop, and the credits of its last month expire at the end of that month; credits you bought stay. Projects your organization keeps pay their hourly fee from your credits, a Website's or an App's.
Can I change plan?
Yes. In Billing you can move to a larger or a smaller plan. Brilliant and Genius come with Pro and Max: after a move to Mini or Starter, a project on one of them runs at Intelligent from its next start. Mini's project is a Website: an App project on Mini pays its fee by the hour.
