OneActor hosts the apps its customers deploy, so it is a hosting service under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and a hosting service provider under the Terrorist Content Online Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/784). This page gives the points of contact those rules require and the way to tell us about illegal content.
Tell us about content you believe is illegal
If an app or content hosted on OneActor contains something you consider illegal, tell us. You do not need an account. Send your notice to abuse@oneactor.com, or use the form below, which writes the notice as an email in your own email app; nothing is sent until you send that email. Include:
- Where it is: the exact web address (URL) of the content, and anything else that helps us find it (the page, the name shown in the app, a screenshot);
- Why it is illegal: a clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal, and which law if you can;
- Who you are: your name and email address — unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material, which you may do anonymously;
- Your statement that you believe in good faith that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
Send a notice
Without the form: email abuse@oneactor.com with where the content is, why it is illegal, your name and email (optional for child sexual abuse material), and the statement that you believe the notice is accurate and complete.
What happens next. We confirm receipt by email without delay. We look at the notice diligently and objectively and decide without undue delay. We tell you what we decided, and whether automated means were used. If we act, the customer responsible for the app receives a statement of reasons and can challenge it.
Who runs the apps. The apps on OneActor belong to our customers, who are responsible for them and for their own users. For content inside a customer's app, write to the app's operator too where you can; they can usually act faster. We do not monitor customer content generally.
Urgent threats. If content involves a threat to someone's life or safety, contact the police (112 in the EU) first. When we suspect a criminal offence involving such a threat, we inform the competent authorities.

Orders from authorities

Transparency reports
As a micro-enterprise, OneActor is not required to publish the DSA's yearly transparency report (DSA Art. 15(2)). If we act on terrorist content in a year, we publish the report the TCO Regulation requires (TCO Art. 7(2)), before 1 March of the following year.
