1. Tell us first
Most problems are solved fastest by writing to us: support@oneactor.com (or billing@oneactor.com for payments). Give your account email, the project if relevant, and what happened. We answer every complaint in writing within 10 working days.
Plans and credits are sold through our Merchant of Record, Link (Sold through Link, LLC, an affiliate of Stripe). For a payment or refund question you can also contact Link's support.
2. Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico
You can file a complaint in Portugal's official electronic complaints book:
Livro de Reclamações — linked from every page of this site, the homepage included.
We answer complaints made there within 15 business days. The complaint also reaches the authority that supervises our activity: the Autoridade Regional das Atividades Económicas (ARAE) of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, https://www.madeira.gov.pt/arae.
3. Alternative dispute resolution (consumers)
If we cannot settle a dispute with you, you can take it to a consumer arbitration centre, which is faster and cheaper than court. For disputes up to the first-instance courts' limit, arbitration is mandatory for us if you choose it.

- CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, for areas without a regional centre · https://www.cniacc.pt/
The full list of consumer ADR entities is on the Portal do Consumidor, www.consumidor.gov.pt.
(The European Union's online dispute resolution platform was closed in 2025; there is no ODR link.)
